ABOUT HORSE TALK RADIO

Horse Talk Radio premiered in June, 2005 on 1570 KMCD, originating from studios in beautiful downtown Fairfield, Iowa. The show can be heard weekly in Southeast Iowa on Tuesdays from 4-5 PM Central Time.

Since its premiere, radio stations around the country have picked up and are broadcasting the show as affiliates of the Horse Talk Radio Network. There are several sections of the show:

• Breed Showcase
• Product of the Week
• Horsemanship / Expert opinion
• Horse and Rider Stories
• Ask the Horse Doctor
• Ongoing reviews of horse books/website/etc.

As we have the opportunity and privilege, Warren also does in-depth Special Edition shows, spending the full hour talking with legendary horsemen and horsewomen.

No matter how experienced (or inexperienced) a horseperson you are, you'll learn something listening to Horse Talk Radio.

• Scott Mooney, President of CountrySupply.com and our first national sponsor, was a featured guest sharing his vast knowledge of the tack marketplace.
• Kellye Fondy, manager of communications of the American Quarter Horse Association, was the featured guest on Breed Showcase.
• Jim Masterson, founder of Equine Massage for Performance Horses and the creator of The Masterson Method, was our horsemanship expert.
• Susan Wellman, founder of ASAP, the American Standardbred Adoption Program was interviewed during our horse and rider segment. Horse Talk Radio supports ASAP.
